Payment Policy
Effective 7 October 2026
In short:
- All prices are in South African Rand and payments are processed by Paystack.
- Individuals pay as they go from a prepaid wallet. Agencies pay a monthly subscription plus usage.
- You are only charged for an analysis once it has been delivered.
1. Who you are paying
Valore, including the PropFlow rental-management workspace, is built, owned and operated by FlowState Development, a registered South African software company (www.flowstatedev.co.za). In these documents “Valore”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean FlowState Development.
Payments are collected on our behalf by Paystack, a licensed payment service provider. Card details are entered on Paystack’s secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
2. Prices
Current prices are always shown on the Pricing section of our website and in your Billing settings before you pay. At the effective date of this policy they are:

Where VAT applies, the amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
3. The wallet
- Your wallet holds a Rand balance that pays for analyses and other usage. Top it up at any time from Billing settings.
- A top-up is added to your wallet as soon as Paystack confirms the payment.
- The price of an analysis is deducted only after the analysis has been delivered. If it fails, nothing is deducted.
- Free analyses are always used before your paid balance.
- Your paid balance does not expire while your account is open.
- A wallet balance is prepaid credit for Valore services. It is not a deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account.
4. Agency subscriptions
- Free trial. A new agency gets a 14-day free trial of the PropFlow workspace. No payment is taken during the trial.
- Billing cycle. The subscription is charged monthly in advance to the card used when you subscribed.
- Team members. The per-member fee is based on the number of active members on each billing date. Adding or removing members mid-month does not change that month’s charge.
- Included usage. Each paid month adds R 1,000 of usage credit to the agency wallet. Unused included credit carries over while the subscription stays active.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your saved card for each renewal through Paystack.
- Who can manage it. Only an agency owner or admin can subscribe, top up the agency wallet or cancel.
5. If a renewal payment fails
If a renewal cannot be charged, we show a notice to the agency’s owners and admins in the app and retry the charge daily. The agency keeps full access for a 7-day grace period. If payment still has not succeeded after that, PropFlow becomes read-only: your records remain visible, but you cannot add or change them until the subscription is paid.
6. Cancelling
An owner or admin can cancel the subscription at any time in the Agency or Billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the agency keeps access until the end of the month already paid for. You can resume before that date without losing anything. See the Refund Policy for when refunds apply.
7. Receipts and records
Paystack emails a receipt for each successful payment, and your Billing settings show your wallet transactions and subscription status. If you need a tax invoice or a statement for your records, contact us.
8. Price changes
We may change prices. For subscriptions we give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app, and the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Pay-as-you-go price changes apply to analyses run after the change; the price is always shown before you run one.
9. Payment security and disputes
All payment pages are encrypted, and card handling is done by Paystack under the card schemes’ security standard (PCI DSS). If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us first — most issues can be fixed quickly without a bank dispute.
